Amazon India is hiring Program Managers to lead complex, cross-functional supply chain projects within its centralized supply chain planning function. The role involves identifying project opportunities, conducting cost-benefit analysis, developing execution plans and roadmaps, tracking metrics, reporting progress, resolving cross-functional issues, and driving technology changes. Candidates need at least two years of program or project management experience, three years of Computerized Maintenance Management System experience, three years of maintenance planning or scheduling experience, advanced Microsoft Word and Excel skills, and a relevant bachelor's degree or two years of Amazon RME experience. The position requires a flexible schedule that may include weekends, nights, and holidays.
