Description
The Program Manager will own the portfolio of space planning tools, including space allocation models, floor planning, and planogram development solutions. The role bridges business teams and product development, translates customer needs into product requirements, partners with senior space planning program managers, manages tools through stabilization, evolution, and future-state development, and drives adoption and performance metrics. The position requires at least three years of program or project management experience, process improvement experience, advanced Excel and SQL knowledge, and cross-functional experience. It is based in Austin, Texas, or Seattle, Washington, with a base salary of $74,200 to $129,800 annually in Austin and $82,700 to $129,800 annually in Seattle.
