The role manages the engagement lifecycle, speaker readiness, field-team enablement, program metrics, AI transformation visibility, and knowledge-sharing initiatives across Amazon Finance. It requires at least three years of program or project management experience, a bachelor's degree, process-improvement experience, cross-functional collaboration, and senior-leadership communication skills. The position is based in Seattle, Washington, with a base salary of $82,700 to $129,800 annually.
