Amazon Canada Hub Delivery is hiring a Program Manager to own the end-to-end onboarding and vetting process for new delivery partners. The role coordinates partner rescue coverage, aligns onboarding priorities with business development and operational stakeholders, monitors Salesforce and data analytics, identifies risks and process improvements, and develops reporting on milestones and resource allocation. Candidates need at least three years of program or project management, cross-functional, process-improvement, and data-driven experience, along with a bachelor's degree and advanced Excel and SQL knowledge. The position is based in Toronto, Canada, with a base salary of CAD 69,700 to 116,400 annually.
