Amazon is hiring a Program Manager to lead strategic partnerships for its Carbon, Water, and Waste sustainability initiatives. The role manages external relationships with policymakers, industry bodies, think tanks, and solution providers; leads cross-functional initiatives across organizations and geographies; analyzes data and industry trends; sets measurable success criteria; and drives consensus and resource allocation. The position requires at least five years of program or project management and business strategy or non-tech program management experience, along with experience in sustainability initiatives, data-driven improvement, executive communication, and end-to-end program delivery.
