Description
Amazon is hiring a Program Manager for its Enterprise Foundational AI organization to lead complex, cross-functional programs that support AI-native transformation and enterprise productivity. The role owns program strategy, roadmap and organizational goals, data-driven metrics, stakeholder alignment, risk mitigation, resource allocation, and communication of results to senior leadership. Candidates need at least five years of program or project management experience, experience using data and metrics to drive improvements, and experience owning program strategy and end-to-end delivery. The position is based in Seattle, Washington, with a base salary of $115,600 to $160,000 annually.
