Amazon is hiring a Program Manager for its NA Grocery Delivery team to serve as the central point of contact for upstream operations partners and to improve the connection between station operations, fulfillment processes, and last-mile delivery. The role owns SSD-G delivery process operations integration, KPI and metrics frameworks, reporting dashboards, risk escalation, and end-to-end delivery of process-improvement initiatives. Candidates need a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least three years of program or project management experience, three years of data-driven process improvement experience, advanced Excel and SQL knowledge, and cross-functional experience. The position is based in New York, United States, with a base salary of $81,600 to $142,800 annually.
