The role manages curriculum roadmaps, multi-modal training delivery through the LEARN platform, cohort cycles, KPI reporting, knowledge-hub documentation, global contributor coordination, and People Manager Training. It requires at least three years of program or project management experience, stakeholder-management experience, data-driven improvement experience, and cross-functional collaboration experience. The position is based in Herndon, Virginia, or Seattle, Washington, with annual base salaries of $74,200–$129,800 USD in Herndon and $82,700–$129,800 USD in Seattle.
