Description
The Program Manager will own the end-to-end Invoice Scanning program for Amazon Fulfillment Centers, leading blue and green badge teams and driving process improvements, operational efficiency, defect reduction, automation, resource planning, stakeholder management, and service-level agreement performance. The role collaborates with Operations, Finance, Seller Reimbursements, Technology, and Product teams and uses data-driven decision-making to improve document accuracy, visibility, and customer experience. A minimum of two years of program or project management experience is required.
