Description
Amazon is hiring a Program Manager for its Japan Last Mile (AMZL) Central Operations Intra-week Planning team. The role owns end-to-end program management for short-horizon demand forecasting, capacity allocation, planning-process improvement, operational mechanisms, cross-functional stakeholder coordination, product and process launches, planning-cycle contributions, and data analysis and reporting. The position requires fluent English, a bachelor's degree, and at least five years of experience in process improvement, program or project management, and cross-functional work; Japanese fluency, a master's degree, capacity-planning experience, Python, and narrative-writing experience are preferred.
