Amazon is hiring a Program Manager to lead a high-visibility transportation program focused on business reporting, operational deep dives, root-cause analysis, carrier-feedback investigation, goal tracking, and cross-organizational accountability for Delivery Accuracy within Middle Mile. The role partners with product, engineering, data science, operations, and senior leadership to improve reporting infrastructure, operational efficiency, and decision-making. It requires at least five years of program or project management experience, a bachelor's degree, and experience using data and metrics to drive improvements; preferred qualifications include process-improvement experience, an MBA or related master's degree, AI and Excel knowledge, a PMP certificate, and supply-chain experience. The position is available in Atlanta, Georgia, and Bellevue, Washington, with a base salary of $115,600 to $160,000 annually.
