The role manages cross-functional stakeholders, builds and standardizes first-mile, middle-mile, last-mile, and return operations, monitors operational metrics, and leads initiatives involving service features, technology development, and automation. The position is based at the Tokyo Office and requires a bachelor's degree, at least two years of operations management experience, process-improvement and stakeholder-management experience, fluent Japanese, and business English skills.
