Amazon is hiring a Program Manager to lead packaging launches and packaging changeover initiatives for its WW Grocery Stores Private Brands team. The role owns packaging specification development, vendor collaboration, transit testing, sourcing, sustainability initiatives, end-of-life labeling changeovers, data quality, and risk identification. Candidates should have program or project management experience, advanced Excel and SQL knowledge, and familiarity with e-commerce packaging, ISTA testing, and sustainable packaging; experience with end-to-end delivery, process improvement, and stakeholder management is preferred.
