Description
Amazon is hiring a Program Manager to own the objectives and end-to-end delivery of its direct-to-disposition return program. The role combines program management, project planning, process and documentation development, returns-injection configuration, service scaling, KPI and SLA tracking, cross-functional communication, root-cause analysis, and partner-process negotiation. Candidates need at least five years of program or project management experience, experience using data and metrics to drive improvements, and experience owning program strategy and delivery while communicating results to senior leadership. The position is available in Phoenix, Arizona; Shepherdsville, Kentucky; Nashville, Tennessee; Irving, Texas; and Bellevue, Washington, with base salaries ranging from $104,100 to $160,000 annually depending on location.
