AWS is hiring a Program Manager to own and grow the AWS re/Start workforce development program across the Western United States and Canada. The role manages third-party delivery organizations, internal and external stakeholders, funding channels, underserved communities, program impact, and multiple workstreams. Candidates need at least five years of program or project management experience, experience using data and metrics to drive improvements, and experience owning program strategy and end-to-end delivery. The position is based in Seattle, Washington, with a base salary of $115,600 to $160,000 annually.
