Amazon is hiring a Program Manager for its Carrier Management function within the Amazon Worldwide Fulfillment team. The role coordinates projects supporting carrier operational performance across global destinations, manages relationships with third-party logistics carriers, tracks service KPIs, performs root cause analysis, implements corrective actions, and develops scalable processes and tools. The manager also analyzes data, supports business initiatives and peak-readiness plans, and collaborates with programme managers and business leaders.
