Amazon Workplace Health and Safety Operational Excellence is hiring a Program Manager to lead continuous-improvement safety projects and cross-functional programs. The role involves scoping and planning projects, developing processes, coordinating execution, managing risks and budgets, reporting KPIs, and communicating with senior management and stakeholders. Candidates need at least three years of program or project management experience, three years of process-improvement experience using data and metrics, advanced Excel and SQL skills, cross-functional experience, and a bachelor's degree. The position may require up to 25% travel and is available in Nashville, Tennessee; Arlington, Virginia; and Bellevue, Washington.
