Description
AWS is hiring a Program Manager to lead the design, delivery, scheduling, logistics, measurement, and technology onboarding of training and onboarding activities for new builders working in AWS Data Centers. The role partners with physical infrastructure, software, hardware, network, security, supply chain, and operations teams; coordinates instructor-led and virtual training; supports a proprietary web-based training platform; manages communications with new hires; and assists with technology setup and account creation. The position requires at least two years of program or project management experience, three years of advanced Microsoft Word and Excel experience, a bachelor's degree or equivalent, and experience facilitating groups of 50 or more. The base salary is 55,600.00–97,400.00 USD annually in Hamlet, North Carolina, with medical, dental, vision, and other benefits.
