AWS Health and Safety is hiring a Program Manager to expand and execute global safety programs across AWS infrastructure, data centers, facilities, and customer-facing operations. The role leads cross-functional strategy, risk management, compliance, standards, auditing, metrics, training, and program adoption; coordinates stakeholders; manages competing priorities; and uses data and performance indicators to drive continuous improvement. Candidates need at least three years of program or project management experience, experience with data-driven process improvement, cross-functional collaboration, and a bachelor's degree. The position is based in Herndon, Virginia, or Seattle, Washington, with annual base salaries of $74,200–$129,800 USD in Herndon and $82,700–$129,800 USD in Seattle.
