The role owns project planning, governance, risk mitigation, stakeholder communication, vendor management, performance reporting, capital and resource planning, site audits, and scalable operating models. It requires a bachelor's degree in a relevant field, at least five years of program or project management experience, and three years of cross-functional project delivery experience; PMP certification and experience communicating results to senior leadership are preferred. The position is based in Saudi Arabia and collaborates with global teams.
