Amazon Grocery Retail Support (AGRS) is hiring an experienced Program Manager to join its AI Program team as an individual contributor. The role researches and evaluates AI technologies, designs and delivers complex AI-native solutions, manages program delivery and stakeholder alignment, measures operational improvements, and supports governance and change management. The position requires at least three years of program or project management experience, cross-functional experience, process-improvement experience, advanced Excel and SQL knowledge, general AI tool knowledge, and experience developing and managing AI products at scale.
