AWS is hiring a Program Manager to own the operating rhythm of its AMER Capacity Delivery organization. The role manages monthly goal reviews, weekly and cross-organizational business reviews, and the end-to-end headcount planning cycle; coordinates stakeholders and executives; translates leadership priorities into operating mechanisms; and improves reporting through standardization and automation. The position requires at least four years of program or project management experience, process improvement experience, advanced Excel and SQL knowledge, and cross-functional experience. It is based in Herndon, Virginia, or Seattle, Washington, with annual base salaries of $74,200–$129,800 USD in Herndon and $82,700–$129,800 USD in Seattle.
