AMZL ORBIT PMO is hiring a Program Manager to own IMR program reporting, budget audits, fleet management, calendar and SharePoint governance, and a growing portfolio of AI-powered automation projects across Amazon's NA Last Mile organization. The role combines traditional program management with hands-on work on playbook automation, legacy tool deprecation, dashboard automation, and other efficiency initiatives, while coordinating with Finance, Fleet, Operations, Product Analytics, and senior leadership. Candidates need at least five years of program or project management experience, cross-functional delivery experience, and experience with process improvement and automation; the position is available in Nashville, Austin, and Bellevue, with base salaries ranging from $104,100 to $160,000 annually depending on location.
