Amazon is hiring a Program Manager for its Worldwide Gift Card Fraud Prevention team in Bangalore. The role owns the global fraud and abuse prevention program across 17 marketplaces, coordinating cross-functional teams on investigations, machine-learning and rule-based mitigation, brand-level risk monitoring, and operational reporting. The manager will shape risk and analytics roadmaps, prioritize investments, set risk frameworks, and present program performance and risk posture to senior leadership. The position requires at least seven years of program or project management and cross-functional delivery experience, data-driven improvement experience, end-to-end program ownership, and a bachelor's degree.
