Description
ADDMAN is hiring a Program Manager for its Statesville, North Carolina facility to serve as the primary customer and internal liaison for commercial space/aerospace and defense programs. The role oversees program execution from contract award through delivery, manages schedules, budgets, scope changes, proposals, manufacturing problems, and cross-functional teams, while maintaining customer relationships and reporting program performance to executive leadership. The position requires at least five years of program or project management experience, U.S. person status, eligibility to work in the United States without sponsorship, and the ability to obtain a security clearance.
