Description
The Maintenance Manager supervises and directs maintenance operations, coordinates with quality, materials, and repair stations, ensures compliance with standards, maintains hangars and shops, manages repair and overhaul activities, and directs maintenance planning and records. The role requires an Airframe & Powerplant license, six years of experience or training, Microsoft proficiency, OSHA and ISO knowledge, Lean Manufacturing expertise, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to perform physically demanding work in an industrial environment.
