ALOM is hiring a Program Manager to lead cross-functional supply chain technology programs across ERP, WMS, OMS, and TMS platforms. The role connects customer and engineering requirements, analyzes order and warehouse workflows, applies AI and process-engineering methods, manages program delivery through go-live and stabilization, and leads change management and training. Candidates need at least seven years of supply chain, logistics, or operations technology experience, including three years in program or project management, along with knowledge of relevant systems, process-improvement methodologies, and strong stakeholder and analytical skills.
