ALTEN Technology USA is hiring a Program Manager in Kinston, North Carolina to lead the migration of critical shopfloor applications supporting manufacturing operations. The role owns program execution from planning through deployment, coordinates engineering, IT, manufacturing, vendors, and business stakeholders, manages risks and dependencies, oversees testing and cutover activities, supports data migration and system integration, and drives change management. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree, at least eight years of program or project management experience, and experience with large-scale IT, manufacturing, or digital transformation projects; SAP, MES, shopfloor systems, data migration, testing, deployment planning, and change management are preferred.
