Description
The Program Manager reports to the Executive Director and serves as the primary contact for program staff and direct-care staff. The role oversees house operations, policies, compliance, payroll and time management, staffing, training, safety surveillance, infection control, crisis de-escalation, and coordination with the Compliance Department. It requires a bachelor's degree in a related field or a high school diploma/GED with at least two years of managerial experience in direct care or a human-related field, along with a valid driver's license, CPR/First Aid certification, TB clearance, and the ability to work on-site at residential houses.
