Description
The Program Manager executes one or more simultaneous programs from development through production, coordinating program teams and functional representatives, tracking schedule, quality, budget, and phase-review objectives, developing recovery plans, and coordinating with customers. The role requires regular attendance, travel as needed, and compliance with safety regulations; it is a salaried-exempt full-time position with no direct supervisory responsibility but with coaching and mentoring duties.
