Description
The Program Manager (Launch Engineer) will lead product launches across automotive, heavy truck, and commercial food equipment, coordinating tooling, manufacturing processes, product costing, engineering, purchasing, suppliers, and customers. The role manages project plans, design reviews, test and design issues, budgets, reports, and escalations, while requiring cross-functional leadership, APQP/PPAP/FMEA and other quality and problem-solving methodologies, mechanical manufacturing experience, and a bachelor’s degree or five years of relevant experience. The position pays $75,000–$115,000 based on experience and does not offer visa sponsorship.
