Aptiv is hiring a Program Manager to lead the development, commercialization, and delivery of robotics and drone hardware and software systems. The role manages a portfolio of complex programs, oversees Project Managers and cross-functional teams, drives product development through launch and production deployment, and handles budgets, risks, governance, customer relationships, and resource planning. The position requires a bachelor's degree, at least 10 years of complex engineering or product development program leadership, and at least 5 years of experience managing Project Managers or engineering teams.
