Artech is hiring a Program Manager in Mt. Laurel, New Jersey for a six-month engagement. The role leads large-scale banking and insurance technology programs across regulatory, digital, and infrastructure domains, with accountability for scope, schedule, budget, quality, governance, executive reporting, and program financials. Responsibilities include coordinating development, testing, architecture, infrastructure, security, DevOps, and business stakeholders; supporting Waterfall and Agile delivery; and managing regulatory compliance programs such as AML, FATCA, CCPA, OSFI, and Basel. The position requires prior client or industry experience and offers $45–$50 per hour on W2/C2C, with comprehensive health benefits.
