Athyna is recruiting a full-time, 100% remote Program Manager for a U.S.-based pharmaceutical client to support Medical Excellence and Strategic Programs. The role focuses on leading complex cross-functional initiatives, translating strategy into executable plans, managing timelines and risks, preparing executive updates, supporting governance forums, and driving operational excellence. Candidates should have 5-8+ years in program or project management, operations, or strategy, strong stakeholder and executive communication skills, advanced Microsoft 365 proficiency, and preferably experience in pharma, biotech, healthcare, life sciences, Medical Affairs, portfolio governance, or AI/digital transformation.
