Program Manager at B&A

The role serves as the primary Government-Contractor interface, manages Performance Work Statement requirements, oversees staffing and budgets, monitors risks and contract performance, directs cross-functional teams and subcontractors, and prepares executive reports and briefings. Candidates need at least 15 years of federal government contract management experience, 5 years of DoD experience, 5 years leading administrative and operational functions, a bachelor's degree, and a current, final, fully adjudicated Top Secret security clearance.
