BAMSI is hiring a Program Manager to lead and supervise staffing at a residential home, provide clinical and administrative guidance, ensure compliance with DDS regulatory requirements, and mentor staff through staffing, crisis intervention, and other challenges. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, clear communication, basic computer use, and teamwork; a bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, or a related field is preferred. The schedule is Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., with a stated annual pay range of $58,700.
