The role provides leadership and oversight for program operations, staff development, quality management, regulatory compliance, and direct care coordination for adults with disabilities or brain injuries. It includes interviewing and hiring employees, supervising staff, maintaining safety and reporting standards, and participating in a rotating 24-hour on-call schedule. The position requires a high school diploma or GED, related experience, leadership and communication skills, a valid driver's license, and reliable transportation.
