Description
Barbaricum is seeking a Program Manager to lead execution of a high-impact Research, Development, Test, and Evaluation (RDT&E) Task Order for the Power and Energy Systems Division at NSWC Crane. The role manages multi-project R&D efforts, multidisciplinary teams, government and subcontractor coordination, project plans and reports, contract deliverables, rapid prototyping, equipment and subcontractor onboarding, and financial and MIPR processes across CPFF projects. The position requires an active DoD Secret Clearance, experience with classified environments and NSWC Crane work, and at least seven years of relevant DoD R&D program management experience, including direct CPFF contract execution.
