Bascom Hunter is hiring an in-person Program Manager in Greenfield, Indiana to lead complex defense and aerospace programs from capture through delivery. The role oversees scope, requirements, planning, resources, schedules, quality, risk, compliance, customer and supplier communication, technical baselines, and program reviews, while supporting proposals, cost estimating, contract negotiation, and mentorship. Candidates need a bachelor’s degree in engineering, physics, or a related technical field, at least five years of program management experience in defense, aerospace, or government contracting, multidisciplinary team leadership experience, and U.S. citizenship; DoD acquisition, MIL-STD, EVM, an advanced degree, and PMP certification are preferred.
