Description
Bay Cove Human Services is hiring a Program Manager for its Developmental Services department to oversee day-to-day administration, programming, operations, staffing, crisis response, documentation, compliance, and direct support for a community-based program serving adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities and complex needs in Greater Boston and Southeastern Massachusetts. The role is exempt, Monday-Friday 9am-5pm, reports to the Senior Program Director, requires strong leadership and human services experience, and involves use of systems such as Ehana, Dayforce, HCSIS, and regulatory coordination with DDS, DPH, MassAbility, MassHealth, HUD, CMS, CARF, DPPC, DTA, and MAP.
