The role supports school and community-based Friendship Programs by coordinating volunteers and chapter participants, providing training and resources, tracking reporting and program updates, managing state citizen matches and corporate chapters, supporting fundraising and marketing, and maintaining compliance and data integrity. The position requires a bachelor's degree or two years of relevant volunteer-management experience, strong communication and project-management skills, frequent travel, and reliable transportation. The salary range is $43,000-$45,000, and the role reports to a Senior Program Manager.
