Consumer Direct Care Network is hiring a full-time Program Manager in Albuquerque, New Mexico, with a remote/hybrid arrangement. The role manages daily operations of home- and community-based care programs, including compliance, intake and referrals, payroll, authorizations, accounts receivable, client enrollment, staffing, training, reporting, budgeting, CRM, and stakeholder relationships. A bachelor’s degree is preferred, along with four years of leadership experience; bilingual ability is preferred in various locations. The position offers a base salary of $78,210 to $82,000 annually and medical, dental, and vision insurance among other benefits.
