Blue Sky Innovators is hiring a Program Manager (Operations and Workflow) in Arlington, Virginia, to supervise and facilitate day-to-day team operations, synchronize office workflows between Blue Sky and military or government staff, and serve as the site lead coordinating administrative and security matters. The role uses the HAF Enterprise Task Management Software Solution (ETMS2) Task Management Tool, manages participant rosters and event locations, coordinates information technology and security agencies, maintains calendars and meetings, and develops processes to improve quality and integration. Candidates need ten years of USAF experience, including at least five years at the MAJCOM-level or higher in a Director of Staff or Chief of Staff position, expertise in executive-level briefing preparation and strategic planning, a master’s degree or equivalent, ETMS2 or similar enterprise task management experience, and a TS/SCI clearance. The salary range is $160,000 to $240,000 per year, with medical, dental, vision, and 401k benefits.
