BrightPath Human Services is hiring a full-time Program Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of four residential programs serving individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The role supervises team leaders and direct support professionals, ensures compliance with regulatory and healthcare requirements, conducts quality reviews, manages budgets, supports staff development, and responds to emergencies. The position requires at least two years of supervisory experience in IDD services or a residential support setting, proficiency with documentation and electronic health record systems, a valid driver's license, and the ability to obtain NADSP FLS certification within three months. Compensation is $55,000 annually, with health, vision, dental, retirement, paid time off, holidays, and other benefits.
