C3EL is seeking a Program Manager to lead a Department of Defense telecommunications services support program at Scott AFB, Illinois, or an alternative work site. The role oversees contract performance, staffing, workload distribution, schedules, quality, risk, reporting, customer coordination, transition activities, and delivery of required documentation. The position requires U.S. citizenship, the ability to obtain and maintain CAC/NIPRNet access, and experience managing DoD or Federal IT, telecommunications, network, or technical services programs.
