Carrier Global Corporation is hiring a Program Manager to lead moderate-to-complex cross-functional programs from initiation through completion, owning integrated planning, schedule and risk management, stakeholder communication, governance, and continuous improvement. The role partners with Engineering, Product Management, Supply Chain, Operations, Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, and Commercial teams to drive accountability and execution against business objectives. This is a U.S.-based role requiring a bachelor's degree, 3+ years of related experience, and no visa sponsorship.
