CFS is hiring a Program Manager of the Retirement Program to lead a portfolio of product development, digital engagement, and retention initiatives. The role manages program prioritisation, reporting, governance, change control, planning, and escalation, while coordinating with project managers and solution delivery managers. Candidates need experience with Waterfall and Agile delivery, product development and vendor onboarding, business project or program management, complex IT environments, and stakeholder management; Wealth Management experience is preferred, while Financial Services experience is mandatory. The role is based in Sydney.
