CHAOS Industries is hiring a Program Manager to lead the delivery of its radar product line. The role owns the program lifecycle, coordinates engineering, supply chain, manufacturing, operations, and business development teams, manages budgets and resources, supports customer reporting, and handles scope changes. It requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent program management experience, at least five years of complex project or program management experience, PMP certification, U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent residency, and the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance. The position is primarily onsite in El Segundo, California, or Washington, D.C., with up to 30% travel, and offers a base salary of $160,000 to $250,000 plus benefits and equity.
