CHAOS Industries is seeking an experienced Program Manager to lead project and program execution across IT, cybersecurity, infrastructure, enterprise systems, and DoD-aligned technology initiatives. This role involves establishing a Disciplined Agile framework, foundational project and program governance, and preparing for a future Enterprise Project Management Office (PMO). The successful candidate will drive end-to-end delivery of IT and cybersecurity initiatives supporting DoD programs, ensuring compliance with cybersecurity requirements and export control regulations, and managing contracts and customer expectations. This position requires leadership in cross-functional teams, mentoring, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
