Description
The Program Manager will lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of strategic technology initiatives supporting ministry and operational goals across CCV. The role partners with ministry leaders, departmental stakeholders, InterTech leadership, internal technical teams, and external vendors; creates and maintains roadmaps; gathers requirements; manages dependencies, risks, prioritization, and project planning; coordinates cross-functional work; oversees vendor relationships; and supports continuous improvement of program delivery. The position requires a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent professional experience, proven experience managing complex programs or product initiatives, and strong stakeholder, communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of mobile application development, cloud-based systems, Microsoft Azure, and project management tools is preferred or highly desired.
